Share a brand kit with your team
Two ways to give everyone the same brand: share the client brand through a team so it stays in sync, or send the guideline files for anyone to load. How each works, who needs what, and how a shared brand becomes each person's Editor brand kit.

Share through a team
- Open Edit, Account and sync…, and sign in with an emailed code. Under Teams, create a team.
- Invite each person: enter their email, choose Editor (can change shared brands and jobs) or Reviewer (free) (can see them), and Make invite link. Send the link yourself; it works once, for that email, for 7 days.
- In Studio, open Client brands, open the brand, and set Shared with from Only me to the team. Synced appears when the team has it.
- Each member opens the brand and presses Use as the Editor brand kit. This replaces their Editor kit with the brand's colours, fonts and logos.
- On jobs that use the brand, the Editor checks designs against it: off-brand colours, wrong fonts, small logos, crowded clear space.

Files sent this way are a snapshot; they do not update. A team keeps everyone on the latest version.
Does everyone need an account?
Everyone in the team does, on each device. People you only send files to do not.
Can Voidcanvas see our brand?
No. Shared brands are encrypted on your devices with the team's key; the server stores only what it cannot read.
