Design without an account: what you keep and what you give up
Everything that makes a design works without an account. An account adds settings that follow you between devices, teams, and client links, all optional. A plain comparison, and the one thing no account changes.

Moving work between devices without an account
- Save to disk (Ctrl+Shift+S) writes a .void file with the whole design. Open it on the other device.
- Put the .void file in a synced folder (Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) and it is on your other computers.
- The desktop app keeps designs as .void files in a folder you can point at a synced folder.
Why would I make an account?
To have your settings on every device, to share brands and jobs with a team, or to send clients review and delivery links. If you need none of those, you do not need one.
Can Voidcanvas read what my account stores?
No. It is encrypted on your device with a key only your devices have, and a recovery key only you keep.
